Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. If a deposit has not been made within 2 days of booking we can not guarantee your space.
If total amount is less than £30 the full amount should be paid at the time of booking.
If the booking is over £30 a non-refundable deposit of £50 should be paid at the time of booking, the balance will be due no less than 3 weeks before boarding date. This can be done via bank transfer or cash.
 
Full payment must be received no later than 3 weeks before boarding date, if full payment has not been made and attempts to contact you fail then we will be unable to accept the booking
We do not accept aggressive dogs.
We cannot accept females in season.
We do not accept intact males over one year old.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and be microchipped.
Up to date vaccination documents must be provided for our records. These records must be brought and shown to us at every boarding date.
If vaccination records are not shown on each boarding date, then we will not be able to board your dog/s
Any damage to our property, including contents, by client's dog will incur charges for repairs.
If a dog becomes aggressive towards other dogs staying at Ben's Pad the emergency contact will be called to collect dog. Refunds will not be given.
Cancellation
If notice to cancel is given more than 3 weeks in advance then a refund will be given minus deposit.
If less than 3 weeks notice is given the full amount will be payable.
We will not be held responsible for toys, leads and any bedding which gets damaged by another boarder.
Unfortunately we can no longer accept dogs with separation anxiety.
